Drink this as often as you can, when you feel sickness coming on, or when you are sick. Adjust to taste.

Warm to Hot Water

1-2 tbls. Apple Cider Vinegar..with “The Mother”

Freshly Grated Ginger

Fresh Lemon Juice

Sprinkle of Turmeric

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper

Sprinkle of Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp Raw Honey

I add Garlic Oil, it’s optional.

Note: It will smell. Your husband and kids will not like the smell. Be prepared!
