I wanted to start blogging and writing about items of interest for me as well as recommendations on an array of topics. The idea has been presented to me by several friends that see me constantly trying out things and then giving the thumbs up or down. I see that they truly value my opinion and I’ve created a following of people that trust my judgement enough to try out what I am recommending. These topics incorporate the healthy lifestyle that I am making for myself and my family. It ranges from fitness to food to a natural deodorant that actually works! I’m the “yes” woman, ask me to try something new and I ask when and where. I have two little boys, a full-time career and a loving marriage, but I thrive on the next exiting thing to keep my mind and body active. I grew up in an active family, we did every sport, which had me swimming through my college career and paid for some of that tuition. I want that active lifestyle for my family as well. With so many unhealthy options out there and the lack of time being a working mom, I didn’t want to get to a point of “I don’t have time for myself” which in turn makes me unhappy and trickles into the family. I always tell my husband; a happy mommy means everyone is happy! #True
